Get your head out of the sand!

     I have been idle lately, been occupied with other things and instead of writing down all these frustrations, they are running rampant in my head and causing me stress and sleepless nights!! 
     It still amazes me to see just how unbelievably obtuse the American people have become!  Do you really believe all the babble you are hearing from the politicians "you" voted in?  If the American people are not careful and start to open your eyes to what is going on with those politicians (mostly republicans), this country is headed for sure communism.  Ever really look at who the people are that run those communist countries?  They are all greedy, rich, narcissist people!  And news flash people, your republican party backs only the rich, so go figure what their only interests are! 
     All I hear is complaints that our president hasn't done miracles in his first 2 years....again, news flash people, open your eyes, take it out of the sand!  The whole beginning of his presidency all he could do was try and get this country out of the massive hole the previous administration put us in.  And yes, it took all that time to do it....but all you hear is negative things about it!  I myself would hate to think what would have happened to this country if instead of keeping the banks in business and our automobile dealerships afloat, he let them go under!  Then you want to blame him alone for the fact that even though the banks are fluid again, they aren't lending money, they are still foreclosing on homes instead of redoing mortgages so people can pay it, therefore putting people out of their homes.  As for jobs, he has proposed numerous things that would put jobs out there, but all he runs into is a brick wall.  Look at the figures people, businesses are making money, they are showing profits, not tiny ones either, but they aren't hiring people back....so how is that all our president's fault?  By the time the president could almost breath and try to get to the ideas he had and spoke about during his candidacy for president, the American people had removed ones that backed him and put in more of the same that was there during the previous administration that now is denying anything he has to offer, whether it is good for the country and people or not, because people, this is not about politics anymore, it's not about what is good for the people anymore, the republicans are wanting to take complete control of this country, make the rich richer, and they don't care at all if the little man has a job, a roof over their head, food on their table or ability to get health care! 
     Did anyone see Meet the Press this Sunday morning?  Oh my gosh, talk about showing total stupidity was the two that were on there today! If you just listened to their words, you would see exactly what I have said!  They don't care about the "people in general", they only care about the rich people.  One of them even has the gall to say that if a person isn't wealthy it's their own fault, that the anger being shown from the protesters at wall street is because of jealousy!  I mean really?  If anyone would vote for such an arrogant person such as that, I don't want to know you, for you are not someone that has any compassion for human kind!
     I said it before and I'll say it again, just look at facts......administration prior to Bush, we had a balanced budget.......after Bush, we went into a war we still can't get out of, we went into a recession that dang near crippled this country, and we are still fighting to get right........so listen, truly open your ears and listen to what the president is saying about how to fix things, then truly look at the other side that doesn't want to help this country, just take it over.........they are not wanting to do anything to help because their only agenda is to get our President out of office and one of their rich egotistical cronies to take over not just the presidency but this country!

YOOHOO MR. BEENER!!!

     Oh Mr. Beener or whatever your name is, you are so pathetically stupid!!  You sound like a broken record, no, I won't stand any raise in taxes, no I won't allow my rich corporations that pad my pockets to be paying fair taxes.....but you will allow the middle and lower class to go further under!!  Are all of you glad you put these idiots in office?? 

     Let's see.....how about you folks up there get a pay DECREASE....you are making too much money now, and get rid of your big fancy homes and servants and limos, Rolex's, gold, etc etc etc!!  Go down to 1 house like every other normal Joe has, cook your own food, clean your own house, and boy, could this save us some money now wouldn't it?  Pay for your own security if you are so in need of it.......but you know, acting like you cared for the "people" instead of your rich counter folks, people may start liking you instead of wanting to harm you! 

     Let's get rid of these people up there folks and only allow them to hold office for 2 yrs, if they don't do what they say, get them the heck out of there!  They are so incredibly ignorant and expect to try to make people like myself, that use common sense and logic to live by that all these problems we have is our current Presidents fault is such bull malarkey!!!!  He inherited all this, kept this country from going into a depression, and yes, our debt is high, but not by his doing!! 

      So I say to you Mr. Beener and your dumb bunny friends up there, you and your previous republican president got us in this mess, so shut the heck up and let us get out of this mess!!

Football lockout!!

     Anyone else out there completely disgusted by the football players and this lockout??  I know I am!  First of all, they all are being paid 95% more than they are worth!  There is no athlete worth that much money.  And lately, in watching sports, and I love sports so I watch a lot of it, there are way too many that just don't play to their ability because they are strictly out there for the money.  So what do they care if they perform to their abilities!  
     Every day that I listen  to this nonsense from them and the longer it is taking for the players to get on the field where they belong I think of people that spend money they don't have to buy tickets to watch their favorite team, buy their gear, all which helps support them, and what do they do to show appreciation, hold out for yet more money!  It's disgusting!!  There are schools here in Florida, some in the very town that my favorite team is from, Jacksonville, that are losing their sports due to budget cuts.....if they or the owners had any local concern they could put some of that money into the community and help the schools!  
    So I say, get rid of the stupid unions, cut their salaries, donate some money to the communities where they are from and get out there and do the job they are being paid for!

Obese epidemic they say??

        Oh by all means, this is another one of the governments pet projects, people being overweight!! Sure, this is more important than working on a balanced budget people!!
    Now let's see their issues of late.  Oh right, too many Micky dee happy meals are corrupting and making our children obese.  Oh please!!! Do they really think that these children eat there 7 days a week, 3 meals a day?  Not hardly.  And once a week surely isn't causing their weight issues!  
     I think they need to look back a few years.  Let's look at the methods of producing food to feed us.  Years ago, there wasn't this issue was there..no...but then became the demand for more products, and lets produce it faster because the demand called for it, not enough food to stretch...so this is when they started to add all those little things that make the chickens lay more eggs, the cows produce more milk and faster, the animals needed to grow up quicker and fatter so they could be sent to slaughter to handle the demand!!  I truly think this is the issue and why eating the same foods we have eaten for years now is causing obesity in America!!  Our children are developing years younger also because of all the additives they use.  So let's start looking at the real cause and stop blaming everyone but the people that allow that to be given to the animals!
     

This isn't rocket science folks!

     Many many moons ago when I first signed up to vote,  the lady asks me, do you want to register democrat or republican?  I thought a moment, looked at her, and said, what's the difference?  She looked amused, then said, I think it wise that we register you independent!
So I said, what will that mean?  And she kindly informed me that this way I could freely look at all the candidates and choose whomever I wanted to vote for!  And to this day, over 40 years later, I am still registered independent.  For a long time I just would listen when the time came, weigh their messages and determine which one I felt was telling the least amount of lies and that would be the one I voted for.  I was married to a man that was quite involved in politics, and thru him I learned the basic difference between the democrats and republicans.  He told me the democrats cared and worked for the normal average low to middle income people, and the republicans cared and worked for the wealthy.  And over the years this has also proven to be quite true.
      The president we currently have, Mr. Obama, has been one of the most honest, intelligent, and caring people I have seen in politics in quite a few years.  Against many people and pressure, he continues to push to help the little guys, you and me!  It's a shame that even some of his own party is weak and succumbing to the stupidity of the republican party!  It's also amazing to me to continually see, listen, and read the most ignorant comments that people will say regarding the economy, jobs, etc etc etc!! 
     Let's take a look back a few years.....Clinton era....democrat.....we had a balanced budget.  Next 8 years....Bush era....republican....we are trillions in debt, in a major recession, in two wars, auto dealerships going under, banks going under, etc etc etc.   And then President Obama is now being blamed for all of that in his 2 plus years in office.  Come on people, surely you have something up there in your head? He didn't have much choice in the things this country had to do to pull us out of it.  Yes, it's slow recovering, no one ever said it was going to happen overnight, and if anyone thinks it can recoup 8 years of damage in 2 years, your dumber than rocks!
     Mid term elections, you put more of those that just about ruined this country in the last 8 years back into office, and now look at the ads already coming out.  Why can't political ads be about ideas they have that can fix the problems, instead of stupid ignorant comments about what they already did to us!    You liking what is happening up there in congress right now?  They are trying to force everyone to do what they want...so the rich can get richer and the poor get poorer!  Think about it, why are they fighting it so much, do you see any rich people hurting? Are they losing their homes?  Are they losing their jobs?  Can they not feed their families?  NO!  But a lot of us are!  They have it made, they don't pay into the system, they get the best medical care, yet don't want to have universal medical care for everyone.  
     So congress and the people in general.......instead of looking at different sides of politics, let's look at things that the people need, what our country needs and work to a common goal.  This division is pure stupidity!  And if this country goes into default...well you republican lovers, I hope you will be so pleased with yourselves, because you definitely will not be looked at favorably by anyone else.  And no, I've not moved one side or another, I'm still in the middle, but I sure can see who is working to try to help me and who is only caring about the all mighty dollar and how it's going to get in their pocket and out of mine!
